Shakhyung

Shakhyung Gonpa is a Buddhist monastery situated on a sharp cliff that offers a wonderful view over the bands of the Yellow River and the high mountains stand on all sides are so amazing. The monastery itself is also known as The Garuda monastery and is one of the four major principals in the north of the Amdo region. The country road to this monastery goes right on the ridges of a mountain called Chagthak Khagang and you can enjoy the stunning views of the distant mountains as well as the valleys, terraces on both sides. Photo stops and having picnics are the main features of this trip so you don't need to be hesitant to ask our servicemen for any shortstop for a break. we have chosen this spot as one of the preferable attractions because it's more culturally authentic and not yet known for mass tourists.

Bonri

Not far from the Garuda monastery, there lies a shape ridged mountain known as Bonri for the local Tibetans. It is a  perfect palace for hiking ( about 2 hours). Similar hikes can be done in other places as well.

Rebgong

There are several monasteries and attractions in Rebglong but on this trip, we would rather focus on  Rongwo Gonpa because it is the only one that holds almost all everyday debating courses. About 300  or more monks are involved in the debating.  Rebgong is said to be the strong culture holder of all Tibetan areas in Amdo Regione. Some of the monasteries are well known for their distinctive arts; Thankha paintings,  Sculptures, Brocades, etc.

Tsekong

Tsekog is an area of Tibetan Nomad (whose life is based on livestock mainly Yaks and sheep) populated area with beautiful grasslands and mountains around. There Labtse (the spirit spot )with countless, colorful prayer flags the highest pass between Tsekog and Rebong.

Road to the nature

Mt AmyeSkyigan, literally known as the spirit of Ancestors, like elsewhere in Tibet, each village, community, or region has its sacred mountains with specific spirits. They (main or woman alike) do pilgrims around the mountain, therefore, the Mountains remain as it is,  untouched, and are always protected. Only a few local Tibetan inhabitants with their animals are the only friends we can see in this supernature of Amye Skyigan.

Meeting local people

Meeting local people and changing ideas and cultural differences etc also one of the main characters of our trip. We provide the best possibilities to get our clients to the natures and cultures that no tourism sector has ever discovered.

Yogurt

Something you must try is on this trip is the Yogurt:  The local Tibetans are truly good sources of Dri (female yak) yogurt: their yogurt is 100% safe, non proceed milk,  and ecological.

Our guide knows where exactly you can buy them and the best restaurants with the best local food.

Labrang

After being in nature for several days, why not places like Labrang for staying one night enjoying semi-Urban life. There are several good coffee shops and restaurants which serve western foods and Nepalis as well,

In Labrang, besides, the Tashi Kyil monstery there is a nunnery and Ngapa school of Tibetan Buddhism called Ngapa institute just close to the nunnery. most people don't notice them due to their hidden location. These two are quite distinctive small monasteries and the Ngapas and Nunns are nice to outside visitors. More importantly, the kora way,(walkway around the monastery campus) is really interesting because you can see all the men and women walk or prostrate around the outer circle of the campus with their traditional dress on. Lots of spinning prayer wheels are also can be seen at the same time.

On the way to Rebgong.

We discovered a new country road which leads to beautiful mountains, valleys. stunning views from all angles.

Visit Tibetan villages in the farming land and explore the way of their life.
