During the camping days, food is served at the camping site and basically, we offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We sometimes also ask clients to cook or show their way of cooking so they won't fed up easily with the local food.

D01. XINING-Regbgong-visit Rongwo Gonpa, En-route visits Shakhyung Gonpa. Its location on the cliff offers a wonderful view over the bands of the Yellow River and the high mountains stand on all sides are so amazing. The monastery itself is also known as The Garuda monastery and is one of the four major principals in the north of the Amdo region. The country road to this monastery goes right on the ridges of a mountain called Chagthak Khagang and you can enjoy the stunning views of the distant mountains as well as the valleys, terraces on both sides. Photo stops and having picnics are the main features of this trip so you don't need to be hesitated to ask. Around 4 pm you will arrive in Rebgong and Check-in at the hotel. At 5 pm our guide will take you to the Rongwo monastery to see monks debating. It's a must-see event. 

D02.Awokhyab- is actually a beautiful grazing land of some upper villages of Rebgong, semi-nomad land with lots of  Yak and sheep. high mountains with rich soil and grass, amazing views from 360°, nice local Tibetan people (shepherds), great hiking and camping sites. in the night what you can see above your head is the bright shining stars and the silence is only the dominant element that tells you are the only one who produces some sound.

D03. Tsekog- when the day breaks you would see the sunrises right from your tent entrance. After having breakfast, outside, you will start packing and be ready to leave for Tsekog via Rebong. Visit a monastery  Rebgong. There are many interesting monasteries in Rebgong but visiting one of them would be perfect timing.  along the road, there are many  Tibetan villages with and community centers and you can instantly visit them. There is a big pass before arriving in the town of Tsekog and then you would certainly climb to the top to see the enormous colorful prayer flags  Labtse(where mountain spirits are believed to live. the hilltop offers wide panoramic views over the vast rolling grasslands with distances mountains ranges. No would say no to stop and have a picnic on the way to your destination.

D04.Sokdzong- along the road there are many Tibetan villages with communities and you can instantly visit them. People from the villages are so friendly and welcoming for visitors.

D05. Trekking- in the rocky mountains called Mt. Amye Skyegan. Locals regard this mountain as a sacred, holy spirit therefore they go for pilgrimage trips around the mountain once a year at least. It's truly a beautiful Mt. with white rocks on the top and green at the bottom. Rivers are clean and crystal clear, flowing in the form of dragon shape. 

Despite a large scale of animals being hunted in the past, a number of them could survive, and nowadays you could see them living in harmony. You can also meet some herdsmen in the mountains as well as in their tents. They are really nice and friendly to visitors. Camping  or the night

D06. Trekking- as the landscape is vast and can't be visited all within one day, you will continue exploring the area for another full day and enjoy nature. Camping  or the night

D07.Tsang- drive to Tsang area(109km) camping and hiking in the nature. Tsang is not for tourists but is known for its secrecy in location and the natural attractions. The landforms would explain themselves more than we could find any word to describe. This place has the densest population of eagles and vultures ever seen in our world. The isolation and harmless people in their environment offer them well-established protection and forever nests for these wilds. You could see their nests here and there on the highly towering red rocks and as move further into their paradise, they fly low over your head and you would sometimes find yourself looking down on them when you are on the cliffs.

D08.Tsang- as this place is such a peaceful and enjoyable area, you would spare another day wandering and exploring in this paradise. There is a monastery with hundreds of monks as well as a number of hermitages in the rocks. Buddha images are engraved on the rocks.

D09.Xining-After having our last breakfast in nature, get ready for leaving to Xining. Today thE driving is a bit long(317km) but the road is smooth and it won't be a very tiring journey. enjoy the sceneries along the route.  Check-in hotel in Xining.
